Animal originated in 1987 in Poole, a seaside town and port in S.England. H Young Holdings bought Animal in 1997 and it rapidly became an international brand. If it's to do with surfing, snowboarding, wind or kite surfing Animal does it. Employing over 160 Animal sponsors the annual three day Animal Windfest at iconic Sandbanks close by.
