Asics Gel Virage is the next step in the Asics Gel evolution. Asics Gel Virage is a lightweight stability shoe for mild to moderate overpronators, with gel cushioning and rearfoot duomax for support and Speva cusioning in forefoot. Virage provides a supportive ride and feels lighter than many of its more highly featured stablemates - Asics Gel Virage is a solid beginner's shoe. IGS (Impact Guidance System) is a technical design philosophy which ensures the foot performs in a more natural way. Duomax (an ASICS trademarked system) system of several different density midsole materials corrects the degree and velocity of pronation (weight distribution over the foot).
