Urgent Scam Alert – Creeps.TV
For those of you familiar with my Blog, you’ll know that the Crox / Creeps saga has been ongoing with this company delivering Clog like Crocs fakes in the wrong sizes and colours. Now things have got worse and (the) Creeps have been taking peoples money and delivering nothing. They have always failed to respond to any attempt to contact them, but this morning’s feedback from Ruth is the last straw with these guys.
Its turned from poor customer service to an outright dishonest Crocs scam in my book. I want Creeps.TV closed down and customers to get ALL their money back.
Hey Creeps – you’ve had long enough to get real and be honest. You’ve now crossed the line and awoken the sleeping giant that is “The Dr Crocs blog”. Now the gloves are off and you’re going down!
Golden Rule 1 – If you don’t have the stock don’t charge people – how simple is that!
Golden Rule 2 – Don’t avoid (in this case totally hide) from the customer if things go wrong
Creeps.TV is a SCAM website

Ruth writes …
“I have another case where they’ve taken my money but not delivered anything. I ordered 3 adult pairs and haven’t received anything.
I’ve emailed them 3 times to try and find out when they will deliver and finally to request a refund of my money. I have received read receipts for all the emails so I know they’ve received and read the messages but they haven’t bothered to reply to any of them. To me this indicates that they aren’t just poorly organised but are dishonest!
I’ve contacted the local trading standards office and have raised a complaint with Paypal. I’m surprised that Paypal haven’t removed their merchant account as they must have had numerous complaints!”

UK Stores
I am another dissatisfied customer of creeps.tv. I ordered 3 pairs, 1 adult and 2 kids. They actually sent the adult pair, albeit a different colour to that ordered, but they have not delivered the kids pairs and have also charged 3 separate delivery charges.
I have emailed both creeps.tv and ‘info@yourgym.eu’, who emailed the receiept but cannot get a reply. Has anyone been able to get a telephone number for these con people
Hi Martine,
The only possible number I’ve been able to come up with is 020 8942 6666 for the Humpit Removals company. They have the same street address as creeps.tv and yourgym.eu.
Looking at the yourgym.eu website it works in same way as Creeps.tv without any telephone number and using paypal. I wonder if there are more dissatisfied customers out there?
I am also a dissatisfied customer!!! How annoying these people are – and when I initially found the site I was a little dubious but was so desperate to find my kids some affordable crocs I unfortunately took the bait. My paypal account is now £21.96 lighter thanks to these fraudsters.
I will also e-mail Paypal to complain and demand that they no longer let these con artists use the paypal system.
Arrrrrrrrrghhh! Please let me know if you hear anymore.
Thanks
Natalie
CREEPS.TV – close down your Mock Crocs website immediately and stop defrauding your customers.
Until you do so I will continue to blog and associate your online brands on google, yahoo and msn with the some negative phrases that you won’t like but will enable customers to find this tread and post how they feel about yourgym exercise equipment: Yourgym.eu complaints, Yourgym.eu trademark infrigement, Yourgym.eu fraud, Yourgym.eu ripoff, Yourgym.eu scam, Yourgym.eu trading standards, and Yourgym.eu rogue trader
That feels better.
So everyone knows – your web sites/brands are
Crox.eu
Creeps.tv
Yourgym.eu
and in all probability
Humpit Removals of New Malden
It seem that my hunch about yourgym.eu having similar shoddy trading practices might be right. I quote from a post relating to yourgym.eu on the consumer action group website
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-consumer-issues/112965-lateral-thigh-trainer-purchased.html#post1110998
“The money (£29.99 plus £5.99 p+p) has been deducted from my account. I have looked on website for a contact number or an address and the only one I see is the product return address: 246 Kingston Road, New Malden, Surrey KT3 3RN.”
Neo1 is is the same position, unable to contact the company AND his credit card has been charged!
Beware of creeps.tv – the website is still up and running but they are not spending any money on google ads for now and hopefully they wont go on the sales offensive next year.
Stay safe out there…
Dr Crocs
I too have been taken by yourgym.eu, I’ve just ordered the lateral thigh trainer, although I wasn’t charged postage and package, just £29.99, however, the item arrived considerably damaged and having tried to contact them via email (which is the only way you can contact them!) I haven’t had a reply! So now I’m stuck with a useless piece of equipment and am £29.99 lighter!
Do not be fooled by this website!
Do Not purchase the i Gallop from Your Gym, the item items are faulty & copies they are NOT ORIGINAL, Your Gym replaced the first faulty item, when the second was faulty & we requested our money back they have since put the answerphone on constantly.
I am now going to take this matter to the small claims to try to retrieve my money back.
Please do not be fooled by these Con’s
I ordered a Igallop from your gym on the 17th of July and paid 249.99 using paypal. On the website it said 28days delivery, so I waited patiently On the 15th of August I rang the telephone number 020 8942 5858 which I found on the bottom of their website and left a message on their answer phone. On the Monday I emailed them nicely asking about a delivery date etc.. Alarm bells started ringingTo this date I have been emailing and telephoning them daily and have not had a any reply, not even a read receipt I have opened a undelivered item dispute with paypal and I have contacted my credit card company to try and retrieve the money. This was for a 40th birthday pressie. I am gutted, I’m out of pocket and have no pressie. They have no conscience these people. My dad has phoned me this morning with the phone number of somebody who looks into these scam from the Daily mirror, I will be fwd in all my details and will also tell them of the people on this website, who also has been ripped off.
I think I have been scammed, I ordered an Igallop exercise machine on the 17th of July and paid using paypal from a website yourgym.eu.for 249.99 At the time it said the delivery date was 28days, so I waited patiently. On the 15th of August I telephoned the company on 020 8942 5858 and left a message on their answer phone. On the 18th of August I emailed them and attached a read receipt, subsequently I have been emailing and telephoning them every day and have still not received a reply. I have opened an undeliverd item dispute with paypal and have filled in forms with my credit card co(Tesco) to see if I can retrieve the funds. I have also filed an investigation with the Daily Mirror today, and will do with others shortly. This comapny is going to wish they hadn’t ripped me off. It is disgusting just taking people hard earned money. i have also mentioned your blog to the mirror so I hope you don’t mind if they get in touch. I am very upset £250 is alot of money
Thanks Carmel for this feedback on yourgym.eu and the OSIM iGallop riding machine. All I can say is you are not alone and it seems wherever these charlatans get involved there are problems aplenty and they go to ground when customer’s quite rightly want to speak to someone and get stuff resolved.
The other issue that seems common from the feedback my readers have sent me is that these items they sell appear to be cheap copies even though they use the trademark names on their site. As such they can add trademark infringement to their catalogue of Rogue Trader credentials.
As I have said before – Kingston (New Malden) trading standards in the first place to go if you get no joy with yourgym.eu directly.
Matt Allright – are you hearing us?
I have contacted Surrey police via email and recorded the incident regarding an undelivered Igallop from yourgym . They telephoned me Saturday afternoon, suggesting I send a letter recorded delivery to the companies address at 246 kingston Road, New Malden requesting a full refund and to give them 7 days to comply. If that is unsuccessful and pay pal or my credit card company also are unsuccessful they will look in to the matter further. A file has been opened but they think it is too early to do anything at the moment. Also suggested I contact trading standards, which I have already done. If anyone out there is having the same problems as me, I suggest you do the same. The more of us that complain, surely someone will listen and do something. I also will be going to the small claims court if all else fails.
Looks like we have just been conned. Received the £249.99 iGallop last Wednesday and, surprise, surprise, it was faulty. Actually managed to get through on their phone number twice in the one afternoon to register my complaint to which they were fine and asked me to e-mail them with the fault. Have heard nothing from them since and despite numerous phone calls, no-one is answering their phones. We are going down the road of a recorded delivery letter and from then on I think it will be Trading Standards and small claims court.
Wish I’d seen all this before ordering!!
Just been caught too, my IGallop lasted a week and then broke down. Have found out from Osim (from whom I have bought other products and they are great) that these IGallops are not geniune Osim products. Am going to try the Paypal route to get my money back as they are not responding to me either! It’s a shame cos it seemed like a really good machine, will try and get a proper Osim one.
I am so glad I read this as I was thinking of placing an order for the igallop from yourgym.eu Advertised at £199 inc free delivery.
these people seem to have a new business – let’s hope they have new business ethics.
