The 4D Advanced Chassis is a thermoplastic urethane midsole support plate specifically designed to improve stability. It reduces lateral flex and also helps protect feet from the sharp, penetrating discomfort of sharp stony underfoot terrain.

The well-cushioned EVA foam mid-sole absorbs shock as your foot hits the ground – with no forward slippage heading down as the discreetly padded uppers do their stuff.

The padding round the gusseted tongue not only grips the forefoot and the ankle it’ll keep the rain out and any loose debris like shale from the slopes. It will also relieve some of the lace pressure, but hey, look at this. The lace-up features a locking cleat so can lace up the foot tight and the ankle loose or vice-versa. That’s a great idea.
