Brasher

Chris Brasher, originator of the Brasher brand, was pacemaker for Roger Bannister when he broke the four minute mile barrier. Brasher took a world record 3000 metres Gold at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, pioneered orienteering in Britain, was a distinguished sports editor, TV reporter and founded the London Marathon. From 1978 Brasher promoted his own innovative walking boots with running shoe comfort.
