Brasher

Chris Brasher, originator of the Brasher brand, was pacemaker for Roger Bannister when he broke the four minute mile barrier. Brasher took a world record 3000 metres Gold at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, pioneered orienteering in Britain, was a distinguished sports editor, TV reporter and founded the London Marathon. From 1978 Brasher promoted his own innovative walking boots with running shoe comfort. The distinguished Brasher brand is now a great source for three-season hill walking boots, original lightweight adventure travel shoes and casual looking shoes to wear on low level paths and exploring in town or country. The Brasher Lithium GTX was voted Gear of The Year Award by Wanderlust magazine and Brasher Frisbees abounded at Glastonbury recently.
