The Brooks Cascadia's four point medial-lateral Pivot System readily responds, adaptively, to each surface it meets to provide this tenacity. Pivots give you the balance you need when speeding across uneven surfaces - and also helps avoid ankle damage.

This pure-bred Brooks Cascadia Pivot trail shoe is a blend of cushioning, traction, and the groundbreaking Pivot Posting System. Now with a new lacing design on board, Cascadia ensures balance at speed on uneven terrain. Ballistic Rock Shield disperses point-load peak pressure from rocks, distributing pressure more evenly during footfall. The HydroFlow® system in the heel and forefoot absorbs foot shock forces and returns the energy at take-off. This version of the Brooks running shoe is even more eco-friendly than its predecessors, curtesy its new BioMoGo™ midsole.
