European Crocs Size Conversion Guide
Crocs should fit around your feet slighty differently from other shoes. The Clog styles of Croc are designed to fit very loosely around the foot and expect about 1cm gap at the toe and heel, so that you can get a finger in between your heel and the footstrap. Don't worry about your Crocs staying on, the Crosslite material and small nubs on the footbed mean Crocs do stay on your feet without any problems.
