Each time you pull on these active shoes your feet are wrapped in a durable and ultra breathable mesh upper, with synthetic overlays stitched or fused onto the surface to add strength and support. Some colourways feature 3M Reflective elements for added safety when running in the dark, and we like the padded tongue and collar for added comfort. A selection of styles also feature a Gore-Tex membrane to add a waterproof element to each shoe.

Inside these modern Asics Gel Sonoma men's trail shoes there's an Ortholite® insole, which keeps your soles fresh while supporting your arches. A full length SpEVA® foam or AMPLIFOAM™ unit also features to add a cushioned and responsive edge to the midsole area, while the heel benefits from a shock absorbing Gel® Cushioning System. AHAR® (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) has been used to cover areas of the midsole and outsole, with multi directional lugs ready to grip uneven surfaces and ensure traction when you need it most.
